Unfortunately, it’s still freezing in New York City, but I’ve refused to let it stop me from dressing for spring! There comes a time every year when I just can’t wear tights anymore. Midi skirts and maxi dresses are my perfect items for those still chilly days transitioning from winter to spring in NYC.
