I have to admit, I have a girl crush on Padma Lakshmi. Tea and chai have always been a big part of my own life. I have fond memories of waking up as a child every morning to my mother brewing a steaming hot cup of chai at home. Chai to me is comfort in a cup. Since I no longer live close enough to my mother to regularly have her brew me a cup, I’m always excited when a brand introduces the flavors of chai into its collection or creates a new product incorporating the flavors of chai.
Upon actually trying a TAZO® Chai Latte K-Cup® pod for the first time, I was blown away at how authentic it was! It tasted just like home, with bursts of cinnamon, cardamom and ginger making me feel invigorated for an otherwise dreary week of work, and brought back memories of my recent trip to the lands of spices. The rich and creamy feel of the TAZO® Chai Latte was fabulous. You can’t really go wrong with milk, tea leaves and spices in the convenience of a K-Cup® pod. Sweet with a hint of spicy for the win!
